Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

Our client is a startup B2B data services software company. They are building an unparalleled data collection pipeline deployed on AWS, written in Go and Typescript. Focused on innovation, quality, and accessibility, they are developing a comprehensive lead generator platform. The customer-facing part of the solution is a web application based on Typescript and GraphQL, also deployed on AWS. They apply a serverless paradigm, with most code running as AWS Lambda functions, managed via Terraform.

They are currently hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The position offers primarily remote work, with occasional in-person meetings in Rotterdam.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Python, AWS, Typescript, Go, and experienced in designing and implementing AI algorithms. They are open to different tech stacks and new ideas.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and implement new machine learning models.
2. Guide and coach other machine learning engineers, ensuring code quality.
3. Collaborate closely with the CTO on innovations.

Requirements:

1. Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in designing and implementing AI algorithms.
3. Proficiency in English is essential.
